BODY RECOMPOSITION: fat loss / muscle gain

HORMONAL BALANCE: metabolic health, sex hormones, cycle synching, cortisol (stress) management. 

GUT HEALTH AND DIGESTION

OPTIMIZE ORGAN FUNCTION

- CALORIC, MACRONUTRIENT, MICRONUTRIENT

INTAKE:

scientifically proven calculations for clients needs and goals and applied into meals

- NUTRITION EDUCATION:

education on balanced nutrition, recommended nutrient intake, mediterranean diet+lifestyle, food pairing, meal timing and whole food choices for internal + external health.

- RECIPES: recipes to follow matching with client's recommended nutrient intakes. Upon request of client to aid in a sustainable and easy plan to follow.

- PLATFORM FOR DAILY CHECK IN: health tracker for daily monitoring of meals, macros, symptoms. Used to hold accountability and monitor progress.

- WEEKLY CHECK IN CALL / EMAIL: to allow for assessing process and adjusting plan.

Plans are bio-individual to the client based on clients needs and goals through a holistic approach: physical + mental health + lifestyle + culture. 

FLO FIT - FITNESS PLAN

INCLUDES:

- CUSTOMIZED WORKOUT PLAN FOR 4, 8, 12 WEEKS TO MEET SPECIFIC CLIENT GOALS:

 

BODY RECOMPOSITION: muscle gain, fat loss. 

PERFORMANCE: boost endurance, strength, balance, agility. 

HORMONAL BALANCE: cycle synching training to meet physical and performance goals while regulation hormones for regular menstrual health, peri-menopausal years. 

MOBILITY AND INJURY REHAB: healing injuries for decreased pain and better life quality, improving mobility / flexibility through functional fitness. 

GYM CONFIDENCE: starting from the basics- building a consistent workout routine to feel + look good. 

- RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DAILY MOVEMENT: additional plans outside of workouts such as cardiovascular activity prescription and recovery methods. 

- BI WEEKLY CHECK IN: to assess progress and make any necessary changes
