BODY BALANCE SMOOTHIE

A good smoothie is my favorite way to consume some healing spices and roots. If you like mango, and are looking to balance your body from within this one is for you! This smoothie is wonderful for de-bloating and reducing inflammation thanks to the turmeric and ginger powder. I also included maca powder, a healing root that aids in balancing sex hormones in both males and females, increase stamina and energy. These roots and spices have truly helped me in balancing and healing my body.

INGREDIENTS

-1 cup frozen mango (approx 100g)

-1/2 frozen banana

-1 tsp turmeric 

-1 tsp ginger 

-1 tsp maca powder

-1/2 squeezed lime or lemon juice 

-couple ice cubes 

-1 cup almond milk

DIRECTIONS

01. Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 

02. Add toppings of choice and enjoy!
