Choc Chips Almond Cookies 

Flour-less, vegan, soy free and low sugar treat!

Your basic chocolate chip cookie- made healthy.

INGREDIENTS:

3/4th creamy almond butter - soften in microwave if refrigerated 

1/2c coconut sugar 

1/2c dairy free chocolate chips 

1 Flax egg - 2 tbsp ground flax seeds, 3 tbsp water: mix until forming an egg consistency 

DIRECTIONS:

01. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 

02. In a bowl, mix all your ingredients starting with the almond butter. Prepare the flax egg by mixing 2 tbsps. of flax seeds, and 3 tbsps. of water, mix until you achieve an egg like consistency and then add to the butter. 

03. Add ½cup coconut sugar, mix. Add ½ cup of chocolate chips, mix again. Once your dough is ready, make about 15-20 rolls of dough depending on how large you will want the cookies to be. 

04. Place the rolls onto a baking sheet, allowing some room for them to expand in the oven.

05. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Once your cookies are ready let them cool off for about 10 minutes.
